Meridian, Idaho, Jan. 5, 2026 – In Time Tec (ITT), a global software development company, today announced the US rollout of RackNap, an AI-powered marketplace and subscription automation platform designed for cloud and technology providers. Following ITT’s recent merger and acquisition that added RackNap to its portfolio, ITT is expanding the platform’s global momentum into North America to help channel-led organizations commercialize cloud products and services with greater speed, clarity, and operational efficiency.

The company is also preparing the next evolution of the platform for broader scale: RackNap 3.0, scheduled for Q1, will move to a fully cloud native architecture and introduce a self service vendor onboarding SDK to help providers launch and manage vendor catalogs faster and with greater control.
