2022 was a fantastic year. Not only for In Time Tec but for our partners as well. In Time Tec accomplished many great things. For the U.S. side of the business:

• We were listed in Inc.5000 for the seventh year in a row.
• The company grew 60%, year over year.
• For the sixth time, we won Best Places to Work in Idaho.
• 80% employee retention during the Great Resignation, when many employees were leaving companies.
• We created an onshore leadership team, focusing on Creating Abundance.
• We opened our second office in Meridian, Idaho.
• We made the Top 100 Privately Owned Companies in Idaho, as ranked by the Idaho Statesman.
• We expanding the conversation of love and leadership to Evergreen companies at the Tugboat Institute. 
• We were honored by a visit by Idaho Governor Brad Little, who signed a new tax bill at In Time Tec.

For In Time Tec, Offsite meetings are one of the best possible ways to inspire employees. These meetings are conducted away from the working environment at a different location and provide a space for employees to share their story and build meaningful relationships. Although difficult to understand, In Time Tec has always succeeded in hosting an Offsite because it inspires people to create possibilities for themselves and build long-lasting connections that contribute to the work place.

The tech profile of the Treasure Valley keeps increasing, leading to rumors that Idaho might be getting its own Silicon Valley. The speculation gained credibility with Meta Platform’s recent announcement. Meta is constructing a new data center in Kuna, Idaho, which will support Facebook, Instagram, and its other social sites.   

In Time Tec is hiring at an impressive speed. Last year alone, we added over 200 members to our team — so many that we had to find additional office space! With all this hiring, our recruiters meet hundreds of candidates a month, both in the US and in India. So what exactly do we look for when we are interviewing potential employees? 

There were many things about 2020 that were difficult. The COVID pandemic hit every country and every community, and it has changed the way we think and the way we do things in this world. In March, it was business as usual, and then the pandemic came and forced us to pivot and adjust in many ways. And though I don't want to overlook all the challenges and suffering that this year has brought, when I look back, 2020 was the year that made In Time Tec a more nimble, flexible, and agile company.
